Work on this collegiate residence building at Holy Cross College included gutter replacement and masonry restoration. The badly stained and eroded limestone facing was successfully cleaned and restored - a very demanding task.

Fenwick Hall

The centerpiece of the Holy Cross College campus, this late 19th century building was experiencing water infiltration and masonry deterioration. Remedial work included rainwater control system renovation, portico paving, waterproofing, repointing, column capital restoration, and painting.

This classroom building at Holy Cross College was experiencing severe deterioration of the wide overhanging wooden eaves. After replacing leaking gutters, the eave members were replaced and painted.

A total exterior restoration was carried out on this key late 19th century building on the Worcester Academy campus. Slate roofing and gutters were replaced; and the masonry was cleaned and repointed.
